Then, I joined a Hope*writer challenge and posted 5 days a week in a row using some snippets from my Work in Progress to fit the prompts. It breaks my heart everytime I hear of someone who wants to stay away from home as much as possible because either it’s not safe there or they are not valued. Home should be your safe place. I’m so grateful I’ve always felt at home growing up and later when Jim and I married and created our own home.

In my bible study class, we’ve been studying Isaiah for two years now. Verse by verse, we keep learning of God’s incredible love He extends to a stubborn rebellious people. Once God and a person make a covenant, God will not ever break it. A person might walk away, but God never does. He does whatever is needed to draw you back!
